1. Reservations

Your hotel room is reserved up to 1pm on the arrival date. You must guarantee your hotel reservation at the time of booking, all non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival. You can guarantee your hotel room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your hotel room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by debit / credit card, or cheque. Altrincham Lodge must receive all cheques at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. Altrincham Lodge regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonored it may not be able to keep the room available.

2. Payment

At Altrincham Lodge you pay for your room on arrival. Altrincham Lodge accepts payment by cash, cheque (with a valid cheque guarantee card), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Some hotels also accept Diners Club. For clarification please contact Altrincham Lodge directly. Family discount cards are no longer accepted.

Customers paying with cash are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport, credit card or debit card, utility bill, bank statement (with address) or police warrant card.

3. Room prices

Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT (17.5% UK, 13.5% RoI). Meals are not included in the room price unless part of the package booked. You may pay for breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals must be paid for separately. Altrincham Lodge reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay at Altrincham Lodge.

Although Altrincham Lodge aims to inform you before it makes price increases, Altrincham Lodge reserves the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date or you may cancel the reservation without charge. Some hotels may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. 4. Cancellations

If you cancel a guaranteed room after 1pm on the arrival date, you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation. If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 12pm on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation per room booked.
